I tried, but it says I have no access to Customer Support since I have a Free plan. We paid for the service, received an invoice, but we don’t even have ways to contact them. That’s very unpleasant.
Hm, were you able to create a Billing ticket? This should be possible for every plan type Could you share your ticket number here with us?

Furthermore, may I ask are you still able to reply to the ticket(s) via email and get response?
I replied the first one, but didn’t get a response, not even a confirmation of my new comment in the ticket via email.
I see you added that and I see the purchase, but it looks like a plan type has not been selected, can you login and select the plan type again? (if you are charged again, the Support team will need to work that out with you. After selecting the plan type, you’ll need to change your nameservers to cloudflare at godaddy (your domain registrar)
Thank you for your help, it worked and we haven’t been charged again, at least not yet!
