On January 24, 2025, we paid invoice IN-23107881 for the annual Pro Plan upgrade of the domain gallottiradice.it. However, after two months, our account is still on the Free tier. I opened a case on February 28, but as of today, I have not received a resolution.

Hi, it has now been another two weeks without any update, and the ticket has been open for over a month and a half. This lack of response is unacceptable, especially from a company like Cloudflare.
