Paid for Pro but not getting features. It says my domain is pro plan but all features say I must upgrade. Says free plan at top and pro plan on the right side.

By persist do you mean still be happening 24 hours later? And I did open a ticket. #3284516
Seems like a lot of people run into this issue with Cloudflare in all the posts I’ve seen - none of which offer any explanation. Just someone flags their ticket.
The Community cannot assist with billing issues, so the only explanation is to open a ticket. Since you have already done that, you need not open another. Your ticket will be handled in the order it was received as staff become available.
As you have shared the ticket number here, I can submit an escalation request. The response will still take time for appropriate support specialists to become available. You will see a response on the support request at that time.
