Paid for Pro, but I do not see it in my account


now I am writing here, because I do not get any answer to my support ticket.

I have the problem that I bought the Pro version of Cloudflare, but I do not see this version in my dashboard. In my dashboards there is still the Free version so that I cannot use the Pro features. The payment for the Pro version of Cloudflare is done.

Also I logged out and then logged in again, but nothing changed. Can you help me, please?
