trying to update index.html to main dot com, no cpanel to upload files, only pages that create a new link website, not the main dot com i just paid for. how do i get to the hosting part to upload files. hosted on Cloudflare.

You may misunderstand what Cloudflare does. It is not a cPanel hosting provider. It sits between your vistors and your hosting service to provide security and performance enhancements. You still need to secure hosting from a provider.
