If you already have a ticket, Support will respond to you on that ticket. Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.
I’m experiencing an issue with the service I’m currently using, so I’m reaching out urgently. I’ve already submitted a support ticket, but I haven’t received a response yet. Although I purchased the Business plan, it’s still showing as Free, and I’m unable to access Live Chat, so I’m posting here instead.
