Paid for Business plan but still stuck as only Free plan

What is the issue you’re encountering

We subscribed to the the Business plan for our domain: sydle.one - Business (Annual). We have been charged, and the payment was completed sucessfuly. However, my Cloudflare dashboard still shows the domain as on the “Free” plan, and I do not have access to the Business features despite payment confirmation. This is not the only one of our domans with the same problem.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I checked the billing information, confirmed that the payment was successfully processed, and followed all the steps in the Cloudflare dashboard to review and update the subscription. The payment is marked as ‘Paid’ and the plan is set to ‘Business’ yet I still do not have access to the respective features. This situation is unacceptable, especially given that the subscription was renewed and paid for, but not reflected in my account. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, including opening several support tickets, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of support and communication from Cloudflare is disappointing, and I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, not only for this domain but all of our domains with the same problem.

We need your immediate assistance please. Despite multiple follow-ups on the ticket, our business and pro features remain inaccessible, and it is impacting our operations very much. We have fulfilled all payment requirements and don’t know what else to do, our requests for help have been ignored. We expect an urgent update and a resolution to this issue.
