It’s actually 50 hostnames at $10 per domain per month. I was bummed out when I noticed that as well. Cloudflare subscriptions are generally non-refundable, but you can always ask:

Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.

Subscriptions are in the Billing section of your profile.

Site not secured is probably a mixed content or other issue… I would focus on fixing that first before going through billing or making other changes.
