I paid for two domains under the Cloudflare PRO plan for one year, but both of them were unexpectedly downgraded to the Free plan shortly after payment. I submitted a support ticket (Case Number: 01555225), but I haven’t received any response for over five days now.
Could someone from the Cloudflare team please look into this? This is causing some concern, especially since it’s a paid service.
If you already have a case, Support will respond to you on that case. I can see the automated reply to your case but unfortunately the Community cannot see the details, Support will need to work with you on that case.
You’ll need to follow these directions here, Billing, Plans & Subscription Questions. The Community cannot assist with Billing, Account, Trust & Safety, nor Registrar issues, you need a case with Support.
However, I’m concerned about the lack of any reply from technical support for over five days, especially since the automated ticket response states that replies are usually provided within 24 hours.
I’d also like to highlight that this concerns a paid plan — not just paid, but paid for a full year in advance.
Cloudflare offers an excellent free service, but unfortunately, the technical support is quite poor, which is especially important when it comes to paid services.
I apologize if this post sounds harsh.
But please take this into consideration — especially if the quality of support for paid plans is something that matters.
At the very least, this experience has been unpleasant for me.
