Paid client cannot submit new tickets from CF Dashboard

“Customers on our Free plans can only submit tickets for billing, account, and registrar issues.”

I am a paying client and seeing this happen more an more. Frustrating!

Fix it.

I am sorry to hear of your difficulty with support requests. If you are encountering these issues when you have selected a domain with a Pro or higher subscription attached, can you can share the ticket number here so it can be reviewed?
