Paid but still on free plan

We paid for a year up front in December but our Dashboard says we’re still on the free plan. Tried making a support ticket but the ‘My Activities’ page where we supposedly have 4 active tickets - it just sends us back to the login page. Submitting new tickets gives an error message.
