Hello, i recently upgraded my package for web host to the pro version which costs 240$, when i visit my bills tab it shows the payment is still due while the money has been deducted from my account. There is no way to contact support due to my unupdated package. Cant get through bot replies from support. What is the solution for this?
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
