There’s a deployment stuck at “Waiting for other builds to complete” forever and can no longer trigger a new deployment (by trigger api, it returns 304)
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Stop all the queuing builds and trigger new builds, and then it works again. But we have to monitor it since it happens occasionally.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
It happens occasionally, like a week or a month when our bot triggers the hook many times in a short period.
