Pages: continue blocked after delete access application

Hi, I (tried to) enabled access to a subdomain, and all the domain access was blocked by access application.
The question is that after I deleted the access application, the traffic continues being behind “access”

how can restore the situation and allow all traffic to my website withouth access login?

Can you check in zero trust to see if there is still an application covering that project or URL. It could also be a different application covering the URL.
