Page rules with *domain don't apply to full address

I set up a page rule to redirect all *teraworkscorp.com/* traffic to www.teraworks.com
This works great, except when this address is typed in to the browser: http://www.teraworkscorp.com
or this address: www.teraworkscorp.com

The error message I get is:
This site can’t be reached

Check if there is a typo in www.teraworkscorp.com.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I tried changing the rule to redirect *teraworkscorp.com* traffic, and also tried setting up a rule to redirect http://www.teraworkscorp.com to teraworks.com and http://www.teraworkscorp.com to https always.

Tried clearing cache and using incognito but nothing works.

You need a DNS record for www.teraworkscorp.com in order to resolve that hostname to Cloudflare.
