Page Rules Redirect

Hi, I setup page rules to redirect domain winfee.ch to fee-consult.ch.

I have set A-records and in page rules:

winfee.ch/

permanent redirect to https://fee-consult.ch/$2

It redirects domain winfee.ch correctly to fee-consult.ch on mobile devices but not on desktop.

Any suggestions? Thank you

sorry, from desktop it is pointing correctly to https://fee-consult.ch as well. Seems it takes for desktop half an hour longer than on mobile, which seems strange to me.
