Page rules for under construction website

Hello everyone, I have a question that’s probably very simple for you, but I’m having trouble understanding it.

I have a site mysite.com that’s under construction with several pages (services, help, contact etc…) and I’d like to redirect all the pages from mysite.com to mysite.com/temp.

I tried using a page rule to make URL | mysite.com/* redirect to mysite.com/temp (302) but it’s not working… Any ideas?

Hello,

Without an exception for the destination URL, this would create an infinite loop, and that’s probably why it’s not working.

Instead of several Page Rules to accomplish that, you can try using a single Redirect Rule (beta).

When incoming requests match...

URI Path does not equal /temp

Then Redirect
Type Static
URL: https://example.com/temp
Preserve Query String (optional)

If you are using the same domain to build the site, you may need to add further negations to your rule.
