All of my page rules seem to have disappeared and the audit log shows this was a Cloudflare action. Just wondering how/why this happened?

What is the domain? I’ve seen instances where rules disappear if plan downgrade happens or the domain (zone) is removed.
Affects multiple domains where all are active and subscribed under the free plan. Some use Zero Trust. Wordpress Cloudflare plugin had ceased communicating and had to be reconnected with API key.
