Page Rules asks to "buy more rules" although I didn't reach the limit yet

Hello there,

I bought 5 more page rules for a site, which brought the limit up to 25 page rules. I reached the limit, and decided to remove some of these rules to replace them by new ones, but the button 'Buy more page rules" remains instead of “Create a page rule”.

I tried to flush the browser cache thinking it was responsible for it, but it doesn’t change anything.

Anyone with an idea?

As the day has gone by with no responses, you should open a Support Ticket and see if they can track down the issue: login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support

p.s. I’ve bought more page rules before, but never maxed it out, so I’ve never had to free some up before adding others.
