Page Rules and Transform Rules not working

I’ve set this page rule that’s not working:

https://example.net/?redirect_to_peru
Forwarding URL (Status Code: 301 - Permanent Redirect, Url: https://example.pe/)

Also it’s the only rule I have in place.

I have 5 similar Transform Rules too, none of them are working.

All of them are similar to:

example.net has orange cloud (of course it’s not the actual domain). Services has been working for a while but not anymore.

It seems Transform Rules does not apply anymore to redirect content.

There is a Redirect Rules section now.
