Page Rule-Permanent Redirect

Hi,
I am trying to set up this redirecit so that no one gets a security error. I have not even been able to get the redirect to work. I’m guessing my DNS settings are wrong. Any ideas?

You don’t have a DNS record for www. Follow that → Redirecting One Domain to Another
