The first wildcard there would match as “test.”, not “test”. Does your end-point account for the “.” at the end of the subdomain? If that’s the issue, either adjust your page rule or your end-point. When I’d checked the redirect, the redirect was a 301 to:
https://www.chancecox.com/?forwardedfor=lightbrightkids+.com/&subdomain=test.
May I ask if this is the only rule and the first from above on the Page Rules list or you’ve got some others too?
Not sure if you are using non-www to www redirection (or vice-versa), but considering the sub-domain, I think you could use two Page Rules instead
i figured it out i needed a cname setup in DNS for *.lightbrightkids.com setup with proxy that fixed it
