Your DNS records for omniaaa.com are set to “DNS only” and not “Proxied”, so requests go direct to your server and not through Cloudflare therefore the redirect can’t take place.

You will need to enable the proxy for those records for the redirect to work.
Note that Page Rules are deprecated so you should use a Redirect Rule instead, see here…
