If you’re using HTTPS, then no. Unless you have the $10/month dedicated TLS certificate with custom hostnames. Regular certificates won’t cover www on a subdomain, so Cloudflare won’t proxy it on HTTPS.
If you’re not using HTTPS (or have that special TLS certificate), have you tried a Match for www.*.example.com/*
with a forward to $1.example.com/$2
