Page Rule does not work

I made a page rule, with a Forward URL (Status 301) that should redirect https://webmail.“domain”.com to https://outlook.office365.com. But it dos’ent work. Any other things to consider?

It’s not what I’m interested in. I don’t need the entire domain redirected to another, only wemail.“domain”.com to office365.com

I added webmail to the A record in DNS, with the dummy IP. But I can’t figure out how to make that work with the tutorial, so it redirects to https://outlook.office365.com…?
