Page Rule - Cache Everything - Bypass Cache on Cookie

Hi all,

I am having a problem with my page rule - I have the following:

Cache Level: Cache Everything
Edge Cache TTL: A Month
Bypass Cache on Cookie: myCookieName

This works perfect - my site runs as pure html - everything works great. But when someone logs in - and sets the “myCookieName” - EVERYTHING becomes uncached. (Images, js files, etc.)

What page rule (and where? Above or below my current one) - will allow images,js,txt,etc files to stay cached, even when “myCookieName” is present?
