Redirect not working for root domain
Various iterations of the redirect rule, both explicit and loosely defined with wildcard.
quilityswitchboard.com/funnel should redirect to Switchboard | Insurance Your Way but does not.
Switchboard | Insurance Your Way however does.
Who is your web host? Can you show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records?
In this case, the root points to 3rd party website that’s being decommissioned, however the team only wants to redirect for the particular page mentioned.
The quilityswitchboard.com A records points to 162.159.140.166, and the WWW CNAME to quilityswitchboard.com. Both records have the proxy switched on.
That is a Cloudflare IP address so your host is using Cloudflare and requests for www are probably going direct to their account and not yours.
Your host should have a CNAME option, may be one here…
Use that instead so requests pass through your account first.
