Page redirect rules not working. www.mymovierack.com is opening but base domain mymovierack.com is not opening

I have configured redirect rule using Page rules in cloudflare.

Site with www is working fine https://www.mymovierack.com but https://mymovierack.com is not working. The redirect rule is not kicking in. This used to work few weeks back but not working now.
I turned off the page redirect rule and the site is till not opening

nc -vz mymovierack.com 443 (base)
nc: connectx to mymovierack.com port 443 (tcp) failed: Operation timed out

The request is not reaching the origin server.
How do I debug this? I suspect configuration related issue at cloudflare’s end.

https://mymovierack.com is working for me, page loads in a browser, but it’s not redirecting to the www. Have you turned the page rule off since your post?

Otherwise, check for some other rule that’s kicking in first. You can use the Trace to find out…

Sorry, I just turned page redirect rule on.

Also, this is odd. I am not able to access https://mymovierack.com here from India. I get operation time out. I had similar issue in past where I am not able to access website behind cloudflare from certain geo location.

It’s working for me in the browser, now redirecting to www so the settings are ok. You’ll need to test at your end to see if it’s something local to you.

Thank you for confirming. I guess the issue is confined to local ISP.
