Page Redirect not working

I’m try to forward one page on my primary site out to a web page on another site as a permanent redirect, even though I have it configured per the both the Cloudflare instructions and various youtube video’s, the page never redirects.

See below:

Landing Page – Https://www.mydomain.com/pages/mypage*
forwarding url 301 - perm redirect
Final Landing page – https://mydomain.helpdesk.com/portal/

Without the domain, it is difficult to say what the issue is, but have you checked out Redirecting One Domain to Another in #Tutorials?
