I tried uploading my elementor-wordpress static page 3 times with no success

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I took the html from inside a folder to be outside in the zip, I changed its name to index.html, still no success

You need to go one level lower in your folder so the index.html is at the root level in the upload.

No, you need to not have the simply-static-1-X be at the top of the upload.

So this works, but it’s only the HTML for the 404 and none of the elementor content which is super weird
