The page Global/Play/MyTicket/BookedList.asp won’t load from the UK. Works elsewhere.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
If I navigate to this page from within the UK, the page doesn’t load and the error is shown in the browser’s console. However if I VPN to USA, France or Netherlands (the three countries I’ve tried) then the page loads successfully. I’m not the domain owner (they are in South Korea) but I don’t know who to contact to get this issue addressed or how to, if necessary, debug it. The page used to work in the UK, and is supposed to work here i.e it’s not deliberately blocked.
I have tried multiple ISP’s, browsers, OS’s & machines in the UK and all have the same issue.
I am just a consumer of the page not the developer, I’m guessing there’s nothing I can do except VPN to another country, as the page seems works everywhere except for the UK ?
