Packets ping-ponging between Cloudflare servers. Could not get to the website

I’m trying to get to the www.elektrowoz.pl and receiving an error (connection timed out).

I tried with different connection (LTE) - works fine. Tried different webpage on the same server - works fine. Tried disabling firewall rules - nothing changed.

What am I missing?

The requests aren’t leaving the network and are destined for an IP address on the local network. The 172. IP address space is private IP address space. You should ask your network admin and local DNS to troubleshoot.
