The subsequent hops show 0% loss so there’s no loss of packets passing through cloudflare.tpix.pl itself, it is just that router is doing more important routing tasks than responding to ICMP packets addressed directly to it - this is commonly seen with traceroutes. As long as the packet loss shown for the destination is zero, then all is ok.
