The one owner of our company has left and no one here has access to the account. We are trying to gain website access and domain access and can’t get a live person to help me. I do not have access to the former owner’s email so I cannot verify the account. I need help to see if cloudflare plays any part of or website. We need to makes changes and can’t. Someone needs to reach out to me. A real live person!!!
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
Given you cannot access the email, you have no option but to add the domain to an account you can access and change the nameservers at the domain registrar. Can you share the name of the domain and/or the existing case number? That information will help us help you.
Thank you for the details. The domain is registered at godaddy, they are known as the domain registrar and that is who you need to contact to change your nameservers. They may have the former owner the only contact person and may send you through some verification process in order to allow you to make the changes.
those two are the ones assigned to the account of the previous owner. You’ll want to ask godaddy to remove the current nameservers and replace them with the two assigned to your account.
Before you contact godaddy, it’s worth seeing if you can regain access to the current account. I looked at that account and if/when you move the domain, a lot of the current DNS records may be lost causing you a lot of work and probably frustration. The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.

You should start with the second link and check any and all email addresses that you can access to see if the recovery email is sent to an account you can access. It’s possible the former owner did not use the address you assume they may have used.
