It seems that my Cloudflare account was overcharged around $2000 due to Argo. The statistics I have through Cloudflare don’t come anywhere near worth $2000 of argo usage. Around 3-4 months ago, I upgraded to a Pro account specifically to receive support and submitted a ticket regarding the issue. However, after about a month, my ticket was closed without any response.
I then opened a new ticket, but it has now been several months with no updates or replies. I’m hoping to get some guidance on how to proceed, as this has been a frustrating experience.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues with support? Any advice on getting a response would be greatly appreciated.
May I ask if you’ve setup Argo billable usage notification manually?
I’ve got mine configured for a Pro plan, once Argo usage is at 10GB to get email notification about it as follows:

The Usage Billing with filtering and configuring the traffic threshold is available for a Pro plan as far as it’s stated in the documentation:
I’ve been on the Pro plan for a while, hoping that someone would eventually respond to my ticket, but at this point, I’ve lost most of my hope. My case number is 01311919.
Based on the usage data recorded in my Cloudflare dashboard, my charges should have been around $200 for that month, so nowhere near the $2,000 I was billed. The unexplained overcharges ultimately forced me to stop using the service.
I’d appreciate any guidance on how to get this issue properly addressed.
