You have processed the refund. But why is the pro plan still being subscribed? How can I solve this problem? I am worried that I will be charged again when it expires.

Hi there,

It is subscribed until the end of the billing period. As long as you don’t cancel the downgrade, it will become free from Nov 11 onwards.
