Yeah so the title kinda says it all.
This happened last September, the person whos in charge of our papers and taxes requested our invoice of this cost. I know it’s from Cloudflare, but all my invoices are around $5, not even the total amount from the last 8 months reaches the withdrawn amount.
And yeah, seems like I need to upgrade to a business plan to be able to speak to anyone, what do you do now?

Also make sure you don’t have any other Cloudflare accounts that this bill could have come from.
If you still can’t work it out then to contact the billing team, please submit a support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Please share your ticket number here so that we can track it. If you have already contacted them then you don’t need to do so again, just let us know the ticket number.
I/we only have one account and no matter how many or what kind of keywords I try to incorporate at the support page I can’t get to the point where I’m allowed to create an actual ticket. So I’m kinda stuck at this point.
