Outlook not working after dns change



Hi Guys i have just changed my dns to cloudfare and my emails have stopped working in outlook but they still work on webmail.

Please advise

We are not receiving email

Assuming you are using POP3 or IMAP you probably proxied your mail servers too and hence Outlook cant connect anymore. You simply need to change the proxy status of the hosts in question from :orange: to :grey: but keep in mind that this potentially reveals your webserver’s IP address.


@sandro true its a pop and which records do i need to change, i can see webmail, mail and MX recodrs
