Outlook DNS Email Issues

I am unable to receive emails from our Outlook account. I've attached the error code and I can attached the DNS records if needed. Thank you in advance for your help. Our IT company previously set this up but went out of business so now I'm trying to set it up.

> DNS Error: DNS type 'mx' lookup of [infinityvisiondallas.com](http://infinityvisiondallas.com/) responded with code NOERROR DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of [us-smtp-o365-inbound-2.mimecast.com](http://us-smtp-o365-inbound-2.mimecast.com/). responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type 'a' lookup of [us-smtp-o365-inbound-2.mimecast.com](http://us-smtp-o365-inbound-2.mimecast.com/). responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type 'aaaa' lookup of [us-smtp-o365-inbound-1.mimecast.com](http://us-smtp-o365-inbound-1.mimecast.com/). responded with code NXDOMAIN DNS type 'a' lookup of [us-smtp-o365-inbound-1.mimecast.com](http://us-smtp-o365-inbound-1.mimecast.com/). responded with code NXDOMAIN

You have set your domain (infinityvisiondallas.com)'s MX records to:

us-smtp-o365-inbound-1.mimecast.com.
us-smtp-o365-inbound-2.mimecast.com.

None of those two addresses points to any AAAA (IPv6) or A (IPv4) records.

Therefore, there is literally nowhere to deliver the email messages to.

So, where exactly did you get these two mimecast.com hostnames from?
