I have a parked domain.
I have email forwarding that forwards email from rodriguessa.co.za to outlook.com email which is my primary
Having multiple random email rejected.
Why wasn’t this communicated to us over a month ago?
Why wasn’t the status page updated to reflect the issue was still ongoing?
Is Cloudflare going to be more supportive with major issues like this in the future?
Email routing was mostly broken for what felt like a month as I’m sure there are quite a few people routing to Microsoft emails.
I’m glad Cloudflare team has acknowledged it was an issue but the level of support was unacceptable.
I’ve moved away emails to a more trusted provider. And rethinking using Cloudflare’s other services for anything business related at work if this is the level of support paid customers would expect.
I’ve just moved our domain over to Cloudflare email routing. It worked for a day or so but now two addresses which forward to Working... are receiving multiple failed delivery attempts with two different errors (links removed from errors so I’m able to post)

I’M not sure what you’re expecting, take 5 mins to actually read this thread then move your services to another provider.
Why anyone is continuing to post here is puzzling. It’s very clear the issue will not be resolved, considering it hasn’t been been acknowledged by Cloudflare.
Per the post above, Cloudflare believes the issue to be resolved and requested users to post here if they were still experiencing the issue. While it might be trivial for some to move services, it can be a complex, difficult, and lengthy transition for others.
In any case, Cloudflare is delivering a service that is not functioning as expected. The ultimate goal should be resolution of the issue, which can only happen if they are aware of the issue. If people want to continue to inform Cloudflare in hopes that it will lead to restoration of services, then that’s their prerogative.

Having the same issue here - still no fix from CF?

To be fair everyone’s blaming CF but I swap to Gmail it works, back to MS it doesn’t.
It’s MS that’s rejecting the mail, the CF system is intact and operates as it should.
