Out of the blue I can't login from my home IP

I was working in the dashboard and all of a sudden I get a " PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" and it’s impossible to login from any browser from my home IP. Never had this issue and been using Cloudflare for years now. All my websites and the Cloudflare website load fine but as soon as I want to login into the dashboard I get this error.

Now using a VPN and I can login but I wonder why I can’t from my home IP??

Are you using Avast as an anti-virus?

I’m also unable to log in because Avast detects dash.Cloudflare as a phishing site.
