Our subdomain blog.utaxi.in is stopped working all of a sudden. We are unsure what’s the issue?
Thanks for checking and it’s working fine. It’s my bad and i didn’t clear the cache and check.
But i need an additional details on the same domain. i tried to check the dns for this subdomain and main domain.
I am unsure why don’t we find a name server for my subdomain. Attached the screenshots.
Why would you expect to? Your “subdomain” is technically just a hostname in your domain’s zone. Nameservers, specifically NS records like what you show in your screenshot, are present at the zone level. Unless you need to configure that subdomain as a delegated child zone at another DNS provider, it will use the nameservers of your apex domain.

Thanks for the response.
We suspect this is why the reason that our subdomain is not working with WWW and only works without WWW.
Do you think that this might be a different issue?

www.blog.utaxi.in is too deep for the Cloudflare Universal SSL certificate (which will only cover utaxi.in and *.utaxi.in).
If you want to support deeper, then you need to purchase the advanced certificate manager…

www.blog.utaxi.in is working in the DNS, but won’t show due to the certificate.

Just a quick question on the same topic.
As we checked in the plesk hosting planel, we could see www.blog.utaxi.in is also secured and it has a SSL certificate.
Does it mean that this advanced certificate manager is something different which required only for Cloudflare?
In addition, do we need to buy this additional certificate only in Cloudflare or in any other provider?
