Our website is showing a invalid SSL certificate error. However, when I view our account, the certificate is showing as active.

Your server certificate is invalid. Pause Cloudflare and contact your host to get this fixed. Once your site loads fine on HTTPS again, you can unpause Cloudflare and it will work again.
Do not unpause Cloudflare before it loads fine on HTTPS.
