Cloudflare [gordon.ns.Cloudflare.com] and [tani.ns.Cloudflare.com] served our domain. While working on a support ticket, Cloudflare support switches us to a different DNS. Wiped out our working DNS with Cloudflare. Our business is down.

Cloudflare returns the same DNS records as your host, which means the domain is not proxied. So, unless it was a DNS issue, it should not be Cloudflare related.
You are in active discussions with Cloudflare support and the summary here doesn’t quite match the nuance of the ticket history. It appears that you now have your nameservers pointed to an appropriate authoritative DNS source for resolution. Reading through the ticket it appears to me the Cloudflare team working it is doing everything they can to assist at the moment.
