Our registrar is not picking up my domain that is listed on cloudflare

I am experiencing the following issue when trying to have my site connected through 'GroovePages/Cloudflare'.

**Invalid characters in name server beau.ns.cloudflare.com Please double check that you have entered the correct name server and you have correctly configured the server for your domain**

Please note that I have many other sites that are working and have followed the exact same steps, but only this one is giving the above errors. Our registrar cannot pick up the Cloudflare dns and I can also not make the changes myself as I get the above error.

How can I contact Cloudflare directly? Note I am not a premium or business user, I have a free account.

It seems like there might be an issue with your registrar recognizing Cloudflare’s nameservers. Please verify the nameservers again as specified in your Cloudflare dashboard. If you’re sure they’re correct, the issue may be on your registrar’s side. I would recommend reaching out to them for support.

As you may notice beau.ns.cloudflare.com is resolving as expected :
