What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

compared dns records to our domains that are working correctly. This issue started late last wee - but we had not changed anything at Cloudflare. Don’t really know how to proceed from here - new to this kind of issue. Thank You!

What you describe is not related to DNS and is not something that can be fixed in your Cloudflare settings or by the Community. You will need to work with your IT support to identify and resolve the cause of this issue.

Without such information, I’m afraid we can’t do much from here.
