Hi,
We have a domain pmsystems.az, which mail stored in yandex.com. Our mails are going to SPAM on your clients. I’m messaging you about this, can you please add our domain or IP yandex.com mail to allow list?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I think only one way for this, adding our domain or IP to safe/allow list in cloudflare. Is this possible?

According to the domain registry, the name servers for that domain is currently set to:

dns1.yandex.net
dns2.yandex.net
ns1.pmhost.az
ns2.pmhost.az

However, neither dns1.yandex.net nor dns2.yandex.net is responding to DNS queries for pmsystems.az, but refusing queries with query code 5 (REFUSED).

Randomly, and perhaps even 50-50, due to the 4 name servers, where with 2 of them not responding properly, the DNS resolvers out there will hit those misconfigured name servers.

When the DNS resolvers hit them, it will appear to them, as if your domain name doesn’t exist.

Many spam filters will do some sanity checks regarding your domain name, and it’s configuration, and the misconfiguration above would likely be the reason, to the issue you see.

Fix the misconfiguration of pmsystems.az.

If it is not your domain, then find a way to reach out to administrators of that domain, and convince them to fix their misconfiguration.
