Our June and July invoce has only first page, the rest pages are missing. There should be four pages.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried using incognito mode to login and re-downloaded those invoice but they are still wrong.
I also report a ticket as soon as I found out the problem, but no one respond the ticket for 15 days.
