I require assistance. Our business emails stopped working 9 days ago. The name server for these emails is managed by Cloudflare. The DNS settings need to be updated. Can someone please assist in rectifying this issue.

The community are unable to change your account’s settings (and neither can support other than through a ticket) - you can change the DNS records for your domain here: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns
How do I subit a ticket?
Login to the dashboard and follow the instructions on https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200172476-Contacting-Cloudflare-Support
You’ll need to know what records you need which your email provider can tell you, at which point you might as well amend them yourself.
I dont have access to the account anymore that was set up originally
