Are you using our Email Routing, or our enterprise Spectrum?

If not then all we are doing is providing your mail records, and you would need to reach out to your mail provider for more information on what is causing the issue.

There definitely could be an issue with your email records, but it is best to start with them and find out what they are seeing as the issue.
